Coup attempt in Turkey fails, Obama voices support for the Islamist President over the moderate military.

84+ dead in France, dozens still fighting for their lives, driver crushed children and babies, terrorism is the ‘new normal’, ISIS celebrates.  Mohamed and his truck:  “I’m delivering ice cream.”
Startling list of worldwide Islamic Terror in 2016: During this time period, there were 1268 Islamic attacks in 50 countries, in which 11664 people were killed and 14087 injured.

If elected president, Hillary Clinton could permanently resettle close to one million Muslim migrants during the first term of her presidency alone, according to the latest available data from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Imagine a truck plowing across Times Square the way that one did down the Promenade des Anglais. How many people would be mowed down? It would dwarf what happened in Nice where, it has been reported, bodies flew like bowling pins. Could it happen here? Of course. Was Barack Obama right to allow so many Syrian and Middle Eastern refugees to come to the United States virtually unvetted? Is Hillary Clinton right to propose increasing that number?

Donald Trump has taken his largest lead yet over Hillary Clinton.  The latest Rasmussen Reports weekly White House Watch survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump with 44% support to Clinton’s 37%.
New swing-state polls show Trump leading Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania — and tied in the critical battleground state of Ohio.
Democrats “freaked out” about polls in meeting with Hillary.

Two out of three Americans say Hillary Clinton is not honest and trustworthy, according to a recent poll by CBS News/The New York Times.
A majority of Americans reject the FBI´s recommendation against charging Hillary Clinton with a crime for her State Department e-mail practices and say the issue raises concerns about how she might perform her presidential duties

Is Britain’s new prime minister, Theresa May, Margaret Thatcher reincarnated? There are similarities. As home secretary, she has strongly opposed uncontrolled immigration. The Home Office introduced visa restrictions that require non-European Union immigrants living in Britain for fewer than 10 years to minimally earn the equivalent of about $47,000, so as not to be a drain on social welfare programs.
One of Theresa May’s first acts as British Prime Minister was to abolish the Department for Energy and Climate Change.  Lefties are apoplectic: “plain stupid”, “deeply worrying” and “terrible”

Instead of forcing nations to take back 19,723 illegal immigrants convicted of many crimes including rape and murder, the Obama administration simply let them go.

The Democratic Party has taken the unprecedented step of including language in its platform calling for the repeal of a law that bars federal dollars from paying directly for abortions, the Hyde Amendment.

The religiously unaffiliated are now the nation's biggest voter bloc. This marks a shift from just eight years ago, when the non-religious were roundly outnumbered by Catholics, white mainline Protestants, and white evangelical Protestants.

President Obama is trying to muffle politically dangerous opposition from police groups to his support for the radical and violent Black Lives Movement — but he’s also insisting to cops that their careers, colleagues and police forces are ‘institutionally racist.’
Obama Invites Radical #BlackLivesMatter Leader to White House After His Arrest Last Weekend
President Obama ignored a request made by a federal government police union to illuminate the White House in blue to honor the five Dallas police officers massacred during a Black Lives Matter protest. Previously, Obama has lit up the White House to mark Breast cancer awareness in 2013, and to celebrate the Supreme Court legalizing same-sex marriage in 2015.
Brave African-American researcher at Harvard University finds no racial bias in police shootings. “It is the most surprising result of my career,” said Roland G. Fryer Jr., the author of the study and a professor of economics at Harvard. The study examined more than 1,000 shootings in 10 major police departments, in Texas, Florida and California.

The Clinton defense:  A lawyer for cops accused of doing favors for bribes said his client’s behavior was no worse than Hillary Clinton’s.

They’ll do anything to keep aggrieved voters from noticing which party has run America’s cities into the ground. It is time for another round of Pin the Tail on Anybody but the Donkey. After the massacre at a gay club in Orlando, Fla., by an American Muslim of Afghan origin affiliated with the Islamic State, the editors of the New York Times argued that the fundamental problem was “hate” exemplified by . . . opponents of same-sex marriage. That was an interesting line of argument.

Omar Mateen was not found with a natural-law treatise in his back pocket, and he wasn’t fresh from a Princeton seminar with Robert George. He never suggested that the Supreme Court had taken too broad a view of the 14th Amendment in Obergefell v. Hodges. He was a Muslim fanatic whose heroes throw homosexuals off of tall buildings and crucify Christians. The morning after that massacre, the New York Daily News reported the enormity under the headline: “Thanks, NRA!” Mateen was a friend of the Islamic State, not a member of the National Rifle Association. He was a member of the same political party as Barack Obama, not a crusading Second Amendment activist of the right. He’d thrice been interviewed by the FBI for suspected ties to terrorism, but the FBI saw nothing actionable. Afterward, there was a great deal of talk about forbidding firearms purchases by people on terrorism “watch lists,” which would be a violation of due process and in any case beside the point: Mateen was on no such list. But it was somehow a black eye for the NRA, which had nothing to do with any of it.

When Timothy McVeigh bombed the federal building in Oklahoma City, President Clinton made an embarrassing and shameful effort to pin the crime on Rush Limbaugh, whom he blamed for cultivating what everybody called, for five minutes, a “climate of hate.” That phrase was revived for a minute when another sad lunatic in Arizona, who was obsessed with an implausible “infinite currency” conspiracy and the idea that NASA had been faking spaceflights — i.e., a fruitcake — shot Gabby Giffords. That one was Sarah Palin’s fault, you’ll recall: Palin’s graphic-design team had put crosshairs on the districts of Democrats “targeted” for electoral challenge. The president himself weighed in on the need for more civility. Everybody was all about civility for about two nanoseconds, and then it was time to blame the NRA for the Giffords shooting.

When Detroit, which had one of the highest per-capita rates of municipal spending of any American city, finally spent itself into bankruptcy, Melissa Harris-Perry, then of MSNBC, blamed small-government Republicans. No Republican has been so much as downwind of real political power in Detroit since the Eisenhower years; the city has been governed almost exclusively by progressive Democrats since before this gray-bearded man was born. Perhaps the Republican Harris-Perry meant was Teddy Roosevelt. Who knows? Down the road, Flint, Mich., has been for years and years a Democratic monopoly, too, and when Flint’s municipal powers were, with the knowledge of Barack Obama’s EPA, literally poisoning their residents, that, too, was somehow the fault of a Republican, somewhere. I’m surprised they didn’t blame the NRA.

Black Lives Matter has attracted some truly reprehensible people, and it will, in the end, almost certainly end up being a net loss for the economic and political well-being of black Americans. But it is not based on a fiction. Not entirely. We can argue (and should argue) over the data regarding black Americans’ interactions with the police, but there really isn’t any arguing that a significant share of America’s radically bifurcated black population is in a pretty grim position vis-a-vis municipal services, of which the police are one high-profile example among many.

Given the state of education, housing programs, economic development, and simple services such as trash-collection in many black communities, it doesn’t exactly beggar belief to consider that African Americans may be in many cases poorly served by the police, too. Pardon me for noticing, though: Who, exactly, is in charge of these cities and city agencies about which African Americans do have many legitimate complaints? Philadelphia, Cleveland, Detroit, Baltimore, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago: Not exactly famous enclaves of conservative Republican political dominance. Because Dallas is in Texas, people sometimes forget that it is a city like any other American city, and Democrat-dominated. In Dallas, as in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Detroit, that Democrat domination is due in great part to a black Democratic voting bloc….

America’s cities are mostly a mess. America’s cities are mostly run by Democrats. With a few exceptions (San Diego and Indianapolis, and, until recently, New York), Republicans haven’t had much of a chance, politically, in the large cities. What we’ve had since the middle 1960s was a grand experiment: What would progressives do if given political hegemony, with essentially no meaningful opposition, in America’s cities? The protesters in Dallas know. The ones in Baltimore know even better.

Barack Obama came into office promising an era of racial healing, and instead we’re back to something like the 1960s on a more modest (so far) scale: race riots and snipers. This isn’t the sunny uplands of history — it’s Newark. Which is why Democrats would prefer to talk about the NRA, or the specter of “right-wing terrorism,” or anything else other than the reality on the ground.

“I believe I saved a lot more black lives than Black Lives Matter. I don’t see what Black Lives Matter is doing for blacks other than isolating them.”

Stickers and signs calling for democracy to be replaced with Islam and for women who do not wear a veil to be raped have appeared in public places in Sweden. “No democracy. We just want Islam”

In September 2014, Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, an ISIS spokesman who Western intelligence agencies have dubbed the group's "attacks minister", issued chilling instructions that some have since apparently followed. "If you cannot (detonate) a bomb or (fire) a bullet, arrange to meet alone with a French or an American infidel and bash his skull in with a rock, slaughter him with a knife, run him over with your car, throw him off a cliff, strangle him, or inject him with poison," he said. Al-Adnani said there was no need to "consult anyone" as all unbelievers are fair game: "It is immaterial if the infidel is a combatant or a civilian... They are both enemies. The blood of both is permitted."

In a celebratory infographic posted online, the Islamic State is claiming major victory in killing and injuring up to 5,200 people over the holy month of Ramadan.

A billboard promoting the faith-based film God’s Not Dead 2 that features a pro-religion slogan has been barred from going up at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this month. Local billboard company Orange Barrel told the film’s distributor that the billboard’s language was “incendiary”. What was the shocking language?  The billboard features an image of the film’s star, actress Melissa Joan Hart, alongside the slogan: “I’d rather stand with God and be judged by the world than stand with the world and be judged by God.”

The independent Hollywood producer who brought the horrific story of abortionist Kermit Gosnell to movie screens has turned his focus to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton´s email scandal.

CNN political commentator and HuffPo Live host Marc Lamont Hill opined Monday that black people cannot be racist because they lack the “institutional power” required to “deploy racism.”

Roger Simon:  “Not only will Trump win the presidency, he will win in a blowout…..The reason should be evident. This is going to be a national security election.”

Miniter:  Barack Obama’s position on police shootings seems to be that more blacks get shot by police than their percentage of the population tells us is reasonable. In other words, about 45 a year is okay, any more is racist. Where the idea of a quota comes from no one knows. Maybe in a baby’s rocketship sent to Earth just before the planet Stupid exploded, because we don’t find it in the Constitution. But regardless how it arrived, we find this ridiculous belief about death quotas almost universally shared by the governing liberal elite in the nation……

Charles Krauthammer of Fox News posits the idea that James Comey did not want to be the “fulcrum” in a highly charged political environment and therefore decided not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton lest it influence the election process.  I take exception to that analysis.  It now appears that those in charge of the justice system have decided to allow guilt or innocence to be decided by the vagaries of the election process for selected powerful people.
Have we so descended into governmental corruption that we now allow mob rule to determine who will be permitted to commit transgressions and crimes and who will be sanctioned?

The Left has so entrenched itself in all facets of government, society, academia and the media that their defeat will come about in large part by their own failures and foibles; their collapse is inevitable and predetermined.  It is the duty of the nearly 55% of Americans who identify themselves as conservatives or conservative leaning moderates to peacefully accelerate the process in order to minimize the pain and suffering for all Americans.

"Is there no virtue among us? If there be not, we are in a wretched situation. No theoretical checks-no form of government can render us secure. To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea."
