The only
thing more reliable than radical Muslims carrying out terrorist acts is
Democrats denying any religious link after an attack, followed by attempts to
scrub crime scenes of all evidence of Islam. Hillary Clinton is the latest
suspender of disbelief regarding radical Islam's long-running and deep-rooted
role in terrorism.
Just days
after eight Muslims belonging to the Islamic State massacred 130 Parisians
while praising Allah, Hillary Clinton lectured the Council on Foreign
Relations: "Let's be clear…..Muslims
have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism." Within hours of her
delusional statement, another Muslim terror group, Boko Haram, killed 27 at the
Radisson hotel in Mali's capital city, while forcing guests to recite verses
from the Quran.
Yet this was
not Islam, either, we are told. We heard the same politically correct claptrap
after Muslims bombed two U.S. embassies in Africa in 1998 and after 19 more
Muslims attacked Washington and New York on Sept. 11, 2001, slaughtering almost
3,000. And again after Muslims attacked Madrid, Bali and London. And when
Muslim snipers shot up Washington. And when a Muslim massacred soldiers at Fort
Hood. And when Muslims slaughtered more than 60, including two dozen children and
three pregnant women, at a shopping mall in Kenya. And again after Muslims
bombed the Boston marathon. And this year, after a Muslim gunned down five
soldiers in Chattanooga.
Though the
latest denials are demonstrably false, at least apologists have dropped the
risible "Religion of Peace" mantra.
There is no
denying that Muslim no-go zones in France and Belgium provided the base of
operations for the Paris attacks. Even socialist officials in Paris and
Brussels are threatening to "shut down mosques."
Liberals
shame conservatives for tying the world epidemic of Islamic terrorism to Islam.
But even President Obama let slip last week that "the Muslim
community" has to do more to clamp down on terrorists. Instead of dealing
with this reality, Obama continues to shove it under the prayer rug.
"The
idea was that alienating millions of Muslims would make it harder to fight the
jihadists, and even aid in their recruitment," California State University
humanities professor Bruce Thornton said.
"There is no evidence that being nice to Muslims — for example,
rescuing Afghan and Iraqi Muslims from murderous autocrats — changed
traditional Muslim attitudes toward infidels and predisposed them to turn on
their fellow Muslims," he added.
Denying that
Islam sanctifies violence against non-Muslims just gives more safe space to
that violence.

green-lighted Europe’s ongoing influx of Muslim migrants, that Turkey’s
Islamist strongman Recep Tayyip Erdogan proclaimed that pressuring Muslims to
assimilate in their new Western countries is “a crime against humanity……So how
many of us look across the ocean at Europe and say, “Yeah, let’s bring some of
that here”?

sticker on another student’s laptop were offered counseling services at
Framingham State University. The offer came after the university’s “chief
diversity and inclusion officer,” Sean Huddleston, described the display of the
small Confederate flag sticker as a “bias incident.”

about the issue when stacked up against other concerns such as terrorism or the
economy, according to a recent Fox News poll. A November Fox News poll of more
than 1,000 registered voters found that only 3 percent listed “climate change”
as the most important issue facing the country today, down from 5 percent in
August. Americans were much more worried about terrorism, the economy and
immigration than global warming.
